The InCheck Story
Our story starts back in 2008, when two intrepid entrepreneurs set out to build a product to help the overworked property managers of New York City figure out the incredibly complex compliance laws as they run their real estate businesses. Flash forward a few years, where our software is used by thousands of property managers and over 1.5 Billion square feet in NYC alone.
Those early customers gave us a ton of feedback – and in the meantime, started using our technology in ways we never even imagined. We decided to jump in with both feet, and the resulting technology was InCheck – software built not to run reports, or track money – but built entirely from the ground up to help a property manager get stuff done.
Now, InCheck has taken off way beyond the five boroughs of New York, and is used across the country every day by property managers looking to do more in less time, to make their tenants lives better, and to operate a more efficient business.
